        1. Regular airmail of Hongkong Post -- When the order amount is less than USD 20.There is no tracking number and goods will be arrived in 20-40 days.
        2. Registered Airmail of Singapore Post / China Post -- When the order amount is up to USD 20 while the total weight of the order is less than 2KG. There will be a tracking Number and the order will be arrived in 10-30 days. You can track it on http://en.4px.cc/Track.html or you can contact your local post office to get shipping information in details.
        3. when the total weight of the order is up to 2 KG, it will be shipped by DHL,EMS,FedEx,UPS,TNT and so on, In that ways, the order will be arrived in 3-10 days.
        4. Special ways of shipping for countries: Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, India, the United Arab Emirates. Usually the order will be arreived in 3-8 days. it needs the total weight of order up to 1.5 KG( South Africa needed the weight up to 2KG, if not the order will be shipped by HongKong Post or Singapore Post.)
-- Deliery time varies from your location and country customs clearance policy. Sometimes the package will be delayed by the reason of the flight delay or any custom issues.
-- Please make sure to provide your correct TELEPHONE NUMBER when check out the order,because the carrier will contact you by telphone when the order arrived.
-- if you do not receive your order in time, you can contact your local post office to track it(with the tracking number) or contact us. Please don't worry if the goods are proved to be lost or damaged,we will replace it if needed or return the money to you as you pleased.

Mailing Address: To ensure you order will be delivered in timely manner, a proper address matters. May we suggest you to double check the mailing address to ensure it is correct and non-ambiguous. If a parcel is returned due to the above reason, the delivery time is greatly increased due to extra overhead and re-delivery process.
Customs Clearance: If you wonder certain type of item might not pass the customs clearance of your country, Please kindly confirm with your local authority to find out what are prohibited to be imported.
